On the morning of June 4, Shandong University's Central Campus hosted the opening ceremony for the third cohort and graduation ceremony for the second cohort of the "Jingwei Class" at DaoDe Academy. In 2019, DaoDe Investment donated 2 million yuan to Shandong University to establish the "Mingde Education Fund," initiating the leadership development program for university students. Wu Fei, Chairman of DaoDe Investment and JinenU Solar, was invited to attend the ceremony and deliver a keynote speech at the "Humanities Forum," sharing insights on leadership from an outstanding entrepreneur's perspective.
During the ceremony, Wang Junsong, Deputy Secretary of Shandong University's Party Committee, awarded graduation certificates to representatives of the second cohort. Wu Fei presented admission letters to representatives of the third cohort. In his speech, Wu emphasized the endless pursuit of leadership, urging students to cultivate a sense of national pride, draw from Shandong University's rich heritage, and contribute to the nation's rejuvenation and economic development.

Following the ceremony, Wu Fei guest-lectured at the "Humanities Forum," advising students to choose kindness, give willingly, remain diligent, stay focused, and be resilient. He stressed the importance of kindness in leadership, noting that a broader perspective helps one recognize the impact of their actions on others. Leadership, he said, involves influencing others and teams, requiring selflessness and a focus on effort over results.
"Success is held in the hands of a few. By striving an extra hour each day, one embarks on a journey from quantitative growth to qualitative transformation. In that fleeting moment of change, they will far surpass others. Those who undergo leadership training may not reveal their talents today, but the differences will undoubtedly become apparent in ten or twenty years," Wu Fei remarked during his lecture. "When you choose the right path in life, it requires time, diligence, kindness, and effort for the stark disparities to emerge. Only then can one become a talent capable of great accomplishments, with wisdom and virtue elevated in harmony. In closing, he wished his students that through their studies in leadership, their troubles may diminish, urging them to let go of grudges and entanglements, and to live a life of openness and integrity."
