  • Title: Overseas Investment Manager (Legal Background)
    Location：Shanghai
    Number of Openings：1-2
    • Descriptions

      1、 Assist in promoting overseas investment business, including overseas fund structure design, investment management, etc.;

      2、 Participate in project execution work, including due diligence, model building, etc;

      3、Responsible for project-related legal documents support;

      4、 Responsible for industry analysis and project research of the target company, and writing research reports;

      5、 Participate in the post-investment management of investment projects.

    • Requirements

      1、 Bachelor degree or above, majoring in law, overseas study background is preferred;

      2、More than 7 years of work experience, law firm work experience is preferred, and experience in the whole process of overseas investment and M&A is preferred.;

      3、 English can be used as working language;

      4、 Strong business and negotiation skills.

    • Descriptions

      1、 Assist in promoting overseas investment business, including organising and participating in the financial due diligence of projects, and participating in the sorting and calculation of transaction plans;

      2、 Participate in project execution work, including due diligence, financial model building, etc;

      3、Responsible for the summary of invested projects and improve internal documents;

      4、 Participate in the post-investment management programme discussion, measurement, exit the whole process of project tracking;

    • Requirements

      1、 Bachelor degree or above, majoring in finance related disciplines, overseas study background is preferred;

      2、More than 7 years of working experience, preferably in accounting firms or investment banks, and experience in the whole process of overseas investment and M&A is preferred;

      3、 English can be used as working language;

      4、 Strong business and negotiation skills.
