DDI or DaoDe Investment（Shanghai DaoDe Investment Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) is a private equity and venture capital fund manager registered with the Asset Management Association of China (AMAC) in 2014 (Registration Number: P1002204). With a mission to practice energy revolution and support carbon neutrality, DDI is a senior industrial investor with 10 years of deep expertise in new energy and new materials investments, managing funds totaling over 15 billion RMB. It is also one of the few private equity fund managers that boldly make significant investments, become major or controlling shareholders, and actively manage photovoltaic (PV) entities.

Currently, DDI focuses on the entire PV industry chain and life-cycle investments. Led by Mr. Wu Fei, who has over 25 years of experience in investment, M&A, and extensive PV industry entrepreneurship and management, the investment management team comprises core members from professional institutions such as investment banks, law firms, and accounting firms. Wu Fei

Chairman

Mr. Wu Fei is an expert in M&A investments with nearly 30 years of practical experience and a decade-long entrepreneur and businessman in the photovoltaic industry. As one of the rare fund managers capable of rolling up his sleeves to found and manage entities, he boasts extensive experience in PV power plant operation and module manufacturing. Mr. Wu Fei possesses forward-looking and unique insights into the PV market, technology roadmap iterations, and situational judgments.

Currently, Wu Fei serves as the Founder & Chairman of DDI, Founder & Chairman of JinenU Solar, Council Members and Distinguished Alumni of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE) , Member of the Investment Committee of the Education Development Foundation, Adjunct Professor of the School of Finance, Vice President of the Alumni Association, and Member of the Shanghai Financial Professional Degree Graduate Education Steering Committee.

Mr. Wu Fei graduated from SUFE. He was among the first batch of sponsor representatives approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission in 2004 and possesses qualifications as a Chinese Certified Public Accountant and Certified Lawyer. He has previously held positions as the head of M&A departments at Jun'an Securities and Guotai Junan Securities, President Assistant and Chief M&A Advisor at Sealand (Guohai) Securities, and M&A Investment Director at Ping An Trust.
