On the morning of September 24th, JinenU Solar successfully launched its first high-efficiency PV module at its 3GW production base in Jiangyan, Taizhou. Wang Rongming, Member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangyan District Committee of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Development Zone, Shen Bing, Vice District Mayor, Kong Wei, Director of the Jiangyan Economic Development Zone, Shen Haifeng, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Sanshui Sub-district Office, and other leaders from Jiangyan District and Sanshui Sub-district Office attended the commissioning ceremony to witness the launch of the first high-efficiency PV module.

Wu Fei, Chairman of JinenU Solar Group, stated that the successful launch of the first module at the Jiangyan production base in Taizhou is a crucial step for JinenU Solar Group to achieve customized manufacturing services. Starting from customer needs, the company aims to implement a one-stop, multi-location manufacturing and delivery service strategy. Through the layout of large-scale industries and the utilization of different advantages across regions, JinenU Solar has established three intelligent PV module production bases over the past two years, with a planned capacity of 15GW by 2023 and five production bases in total.

New Journey | Achieving High-Quality Production and Efficiency

Xu Yawei, Vice General Manager of JinenU Solar Group, provided a detailed introduction to the project. Today, the company's No. 1 and No. 2 production lines have successfully completed joint debugging and product launch, with official production to commence in October. The No. 3 production line is expected to be installed and commissioned by the end of November, with an estimated annual capacity of 140MW of modules, a production value of 2.5 billion yuan, and sales invoices of 1.6 billion yuan. The No. 4 and No. 5 production lines are expected to be installed and commissioned by mid-March 2023. Once all five production lines are fully operational, they are expected to produce at least 3GW of modules annually, with a production value of 50 billion yuan, sales invoices of approximately 26 billion yuan, and tax revenues of approximately 45 million yuan.

The construction of the module workshop was completed in 90 days, electrical and mechanical installation in 40 days, and the installation and joint debugging of two production lines in 20 days. The actual construction time from the start of work to the launch of the first module product was less than five months, setting a new record for project construction speed. He hopes that JinenU Solar will not only lead in speed and quality but also in efficiency, not only achieving production value targets but also contributing to social responsibility, safe production, environmental protection, and the development of the PV industry. The Jiangyan Economic Development Zone should take JinenU Solar as a blueprint for reflection, correction, and optimization, hoping to see more "green JinenU" projects in Jiangyan.
