Wu Fei, Chairman of JinenU Solar Group, stated that the Tai'an project completed the construction of the module workshop's civil engineering in 80 days, the mechanical and electrical installation in 25 days, and the installation and joint debugging of two production lines in 15 days. The actual construction time from the start of work to the rollout of the first module product was 130 days, setting a new record for project construction speed. This was achieved thanks to the strong impetus provided by Tai'an City's implementation of the strategy to strengthen the city through new industrialization and the first-class business environment offered by Tai'an City and its High-tech Zone. During the construction period, the functional departments of the High-tech Zone provided high-quality and efficient services at various stages of the project, laying the power line and steam pipeline in just 22 days to ensure the smooth launch of the project. The construction banks at both the city and district levels provided strong support for the project, adding momentum to its rapid development.

Chang Xukuo, Member of the Standing Committee of the Tai'an Municipal Party Committee and Executive Vice Mayor, mentioned in his speech that as the main front for the construction of a strong city through new industrialization, Tai'an High-tech Zone insists on taking emerging industries such as new energy as new tracks for catching up and leaping forward. The JinenU Solar module project is one of the key chain-complementing and chain-strengthening projects promoted by the city's new energy industry chain task force. With the joint efforts of all parties, the project achieved the goals of signing, commencing construction, and launching within the same year, setting a new speed for project construction. The successful launch of the project will undoubtedly strengthen the new energy industry in the High-tech Zone and even the entire city, injecting new and powerful impetus into accelerating the construction of a strong city through new industrialization.
