JinenU Solar Yuexi Base Holds the First Module Off-line Ceremony for Its 3.6GW Annual Production Project
2024-06-01

On the morning of June 1st, JinenU Solar Yuexi Base held the first offline ceremony for its 3.6GW annual production component project, further enhancing JinenU Solar's production capacity and comprehensive competitiveness. This event also marks a significant step in promoting Yuexi's industrial transformation and upgrading, broadening its energy industry chain, and achieving high-quality development.

Leaders and guests attending the ceremony included Jiang Chunsheng, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Anqing City and Secretary of the Yuexi County Party Committee; He Bin, Deputy Secretary of the Yuexi County Party Committee and County Mayor; Wu Fei, Vice Chairman of the New Energy Chamber of Commerce of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and Chairman of the JinenU Solar Group; Zeng Shaojun, Executive Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary-General of the New Energy Chamber of Commerce; Wang Hongchang, Assistant Secretary-General of the New Energy Chamber and Secretary-General of the Financial Working Committee; Zhao Lingqi, Assistant Director of the New Energy Chamber Office; as well as Liu Xingyun, Executive Director of the JinenU Solar Group, Jin Lu, Assistant to the Chairman, and Sun Kai, Deputy Director of the Government Engineering Center. The ceremony was presided over by Shi Yueping, Member of the Standing Committee of the Yuexi County Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Economic Development Zone.

During the ceremony, Jiang Chunsheng and Wu Fei jointly unveiled the first high-efficiency photovoltaic component. The 3.6GW annual production component project at the Yuexi Base has a total investment of 1.1 billion RMB, covering component workshops, raw material warehouses, finished product warehouses, and other facilities, with a total area of approximately 150 acres. The production line of this project is capable of custom producing N-type high-power, large-size component products with a power output of 400-710W and above.

As a special guest, Zeng Shaojun delivered a speech, providing an in-depth analysis of the current situation and development trends of the photovoltaic industry. He believed that although intra-industry competition is the norm, it is precisely this competitive pressure that has driven a significant reduction in the cost of the photovoltaic industry. He further pointed out that in the face of such competition, the industry not only needs continuous technological innovation to break through development bottlenecks but also requires new business models to support it, as logical innovation is the direction for the sustained development of the industry. The JinenU Solar model, akin to "Foxconn" in the photovoltaic world, reduces resource waste and idle capacity through resource integration, injecting new vitality into the entire industry and serving as an important way to address intra-industry competition. The All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce New Energy Chamber will continue to support the development of JinenU Solar and jointly promote the progress of the new energy industry.

In his speech, He Bin noted that the JinenU project not only fills the gap in the production and manufacturing of high-efficiency photovoltaic components in Yuexi County but also adds a highly competitive industrial project to Yuexi's new energy sector, which is of great significance in assisting energy structure adjustment and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading. Yuexi will firmly establish the development concept of "strengthening the county through industry," continue to support the accelerated development of enterprises, further enhance service awareness for enterprises, improve service levels, and promote subsequent project construction with high standards, efficiency, and quality, striving to achieve full production as soon as possible.

Wu Fei mentioned in his speech that although this year is a reshuffling year for the photovoltaic industry, JinenU can still move forward steadily, making progress in small but quick steps. "We will not be troubled by short-term bottlenecks in the industry because JinenU Solar's positioning differs from that of industry brand manufacturers. JinenU focuses on a custom manufacturing business model to fill gaps in the photovoltaic industry, supplement and regulate production capacity for brand manufacturers, and provide a 'Foxconn'-like enterprise for the photovoltaic industry to support its explosive growth," Wu Fei emphasized.

This year, JinenU Solar has actively responded to the global demand for high-efficiency custom photovoltaic products, accelerated the construction of various base projects, and continuously released custom manufacturing component capacity. In the future, JinenU Solar will continue to deepen its involvement in the custom manufacturing sector, continuously promote the sustainable development of the photovoltaic industry, and contribute to the construction of a green and low-carbon energy system.
